 When I asked you: " What do you want to eat?" or cooked multiple times what you liked to eat, or just learned what I didn't know how to cook just so I can spoil you, THAT WAS LOVE. 

When I waited for you awake till you got home from working late nights for US, so I can ask you about your day and decompress a little, THAT WAS LOVE.

When I spent some time online researching how to fix problems at home even before we shared one, or just with things that bothered you. THAT WAS LOVE.

When I massaged your back till you felt better because you were exhausted, till my hand hurt (I bet you didn't even know that my hand hurt, that's the reason I switched hands often) THAT WAS LOVE.

When I convinced you to get a house and a car so you could stop renting and save a little money THAT WAS LOVE BECAUSE I WANTED THE BEST FOR YOU.

When I started bargain shopping not just for me but for you as well, so you can save a little money THAT WAS LOVE.

 When I made sure you had all your vitamins, all your pills on the right place so you can be healthy THAT WAS LOVE,

When I took care of you when you were sick, and tried to make you feel better and got crazy worried THAT WAS LOVE.

When I tried to keep all your things organized so you could find everything when you were looking for it, THAT WAS LOVE.

When I didn't have a job but still tried hard and managed to surprise you on your birthdays or just when you were having a rough day at work with some romantic dinner THAT WAS LOVE.

When I was always looking for ideas so we could grow together when I made plans with you when I married you THAT WAS LOVE.

 I'm not reproaching this, I'm 100% happy that I did it and I would do it again a million times, but just because a person didn't love you the way you wanted to be loved doesn't mean they don't love you.

I'm happy because you are happy, I'm happy because you are working towards your goals, as your #1 supporter and I'm happy that you can do everything you ever dream of, I have been told you are happy and doing well and to me, that's all I ever wanted. but please don't minimize my love or my feelings, because as you said 

"LOVE IS NOT A STATEMENT"
